South of the Border campground is very convenient to I95. The whole complex is tired but the campground was very clean with level, paved pull-throughs. The bathrooms were very clean with courtesy soap in showers and at sink - not something I've seen before. I think I paid 24 but with AARP discount it would have been 22. Reasonable price for the convenience and clean facility. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
This is a very small state park convenient to I95. The sites are nicely spaced but most were not level. I originally reserved site 16 and it had such a slope to it that I could not get level. Thankfully the park was fairly empty and it wasn't a problem for me to move over to site 24 which was much better. I didn't explore the area any - this was a 2 nite catch my breath and take a break from driving destination. The bathrooms were spotless - cleaned by the camp host (at 6:45 am). Joe was real nice and did a lot of projects around the park - they were residing the little meeting area. Good park for a break and I would stay here again.
Myrtle Beach Travel Park Between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach Our favorite park. Even keep a travel trailer on site. Hundreds of beach and shaded spots.
